Whether it’s working on your speed, your shot, your stick handling, your butterfly slides or simply working hard, these little actions add up. Each day you stay focused on these small goals, you’re getting stronger, faster, and closer to the top of the mountain.
When you put your full attention on the present—on every meal, every workout, every rest—you start to build momentum. The most successful athletes are the ones who master the small details consistently, because those small details are the foundation for bigger wins.
