PACKAGES & BOOKING INFORMATION

• You are under no obligation to use your package in consecutive weeks.  
• All of our packages are good for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• We sell blocks of classes that are active for a 6 month period.  You are not tied to every week. You come when you can.  
• We just need an email prior to the class letting us know that you will be attending so that we can staff accordingly.  Signing up for consecutive classes is not necessary.  
• Please note that after 6 months from date of purchase the package is considered expired

To book a goalie school package for programs at CANLAN YORK OR MCGUIRE HOCKEY ACADEMY

Email MCGUIRE GOALTENDING at info@mcguiregoaltending.com  with the following info.  

• Package or session that you would like to purchase or attend
• Goalies name and year of birth
• Goalies Current Team & Level 

We will reply with a confirmation and will send an invoice that can be paid directly on line. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

1. Email Money Transfer -info@mcguiregoaltending.com, Please use mghd1mghd as the security question answer
2. Visa / MasterCard, American Express - Upon request we can send you an invoice directly from our Merchant Services Account
3. PayPal - Upon request we will send you an invoice directly from our PayPal Account

Clients on Packages are welcome to book all of their  dates in advance and we will register you for all dates chosen.  

Cancelation Policy - 24 hours notice is required to cancel your session. Failure to notify us by email will result in being charged for the session

AT ANY TIME YOU ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND ANY OF OUR SESSIONS AS LONG AS WE HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE BY EMAIL. 

THIS INCLUDES NEW CLIENTS, DROP IN'S AND STUDENTS ON PACKAGES WHO HAVE NOT PRE-BOOKED THEIR DATES

 WITH THE FOLLOWING INFO LETTING US KNOW THAT YOU WILL BE THERE.

• "Student's Name, Year of Birth will be attending the session on DATE, Time + Location”

                        This includes NEW STUDENTS & STUDENTS WHO ARE CURRENTLY ON PACKAGES

• This system helps us make sure we have the right amount of staff. we do not here from you we have to assume that you are not attending. 

• NO RESPONSE from us is needed, there is always room.  We just need to know that you are coming.

• If you attend a session without confirming attendance you may be turned away if we do not have enough staff to accommodate you.

• DROP IN CLIENTS WILL BE SENT AN INVOICE THAT CAN BE PAID ON LINE PRIOR TO THE SESSION
